Our organic maize flour is made from maize & ground down to a soft flour that is yellow in colour & is then sifted to create a fine & smooth powder. This flour can often be used in gluten free baking as an alternative to wheat flours for sweet & savoury treats that are easier on the digestive system.
Itr contains the hull, germ & endosperm of the corn & is considered to be a whole grain flour. It has an earthy taste whilst raw but when cooked has a sweet flavour that works well with other ingredients.

- Create little bellinis & top with soft cheese & ‘salmon’ made from carrot for the perfect party snack
