Sanchi instant Miso soup is made in the time honoured way, but in this convenient form can be enjoyed any time either as a warming full flavoured hot drink or as a soup. It can be used as a stock, making it an ideal base for vegetable soups & casseroles, or enjoyed Japanese style with rice. To make one cup, just add boiling water. For stock base use two or more sachets to taste. Ingredients: Original Miso (Gluten Free): Hatcho Miso (made from aged & fermented soya beans, water, sea salt, koji [aspergillus oryzae]), Onions, Spring Onions, Wakame Seaweed.
