Based in Whitstable, Kent, specialising in slow fermented leavened bread using either sourdough, yeast or a combination of both. Using all natural ingredients.
The wholemeal flour used is milled freshly every day, producing a slightly coarser stone-ground flour than you would find elsewhere.
All breads contain 1% salt & are traditionally handmade.
Although all effort is made to bring the best out of the ingredients, the end product is always subject to variations in appearance & flavour.
