The  Eastern  Bikes US/ Mid bottom bracket kit is supplied with a mid size bearing housed within a US size shell, thefore offering a great value option for BMX bikes using either size frame shell. This kit uses 2 japanese sealed bearings that will accept any sealed 19mm crank axle. Another great feature of the US size cups is the fact most complete BMX bikes using this shell only come supplied with a looseball bottom bracket & 1-piece style cranks, Using this kit, the user can now upgrade any US shell & run any 19mm sealed 3-piece crank setup. For US frame shells
- use US cups & install entire cup & bearing. For MID frame shells
- remove US cups & install bearings directly to frame 19mm Only. US or Mid Fitment. Great Colours
