Indeed, it takes its name from Proteus, the Greek sea god who could change his shape at will. Beautifully crafted for absolute authenticity, the protea in our posy captures all the vitality & vibrancy of the original. Display them individually or in groups of two or three for a taste of the sun-drenched Cape of Good Hope in your home. The candle is a perfect replica of a hellebore in full bloom but crafted in high quality candle wax. Placed on a mantelpiece or table, or in a window
