The MBM Double 2 is a superb urban street road bike that has all the characteristics of the fixie but the added benefit of 2 speed "kick shift" hub gears & a rear coaster brake. So, if you find yourself tiring youve got a built in extra gear that is a bit easier to climb with, & that also allows them to coast down hills. With the Sturmey Archer S2C Duomatic 2 speed hub gears a little back pedal changes gear up or down & with a big back pedal the powerful rear brake engages. The result is a faster ride than a fixed geared bike, with better braking performance, but all the simplicity of a single speed fixie aesthetics.
