NB: Special care & attention is needed when fitting pedals. Pedal spindle ends are precision engineered & the threads are specific for each side of the bike. Look at the end of the pedal spindle & you will see “R” & “L” (“R” for right side/chain set side & “L” for left hand side). On the chain set side the pedal needs to be fitted clockwise & on the left hand side the pedal is fitted anti-clockwise. Always fit initially by hand until it is tight & then fully tighten using a spanner following your bike manual torque guide.
