An in-wash proofing product for outdoor enthusiasts, walkers, cyclists & anyone that owns a waterproof jacket or clothing. Specially formulated to clean & proof (or re-proof) outdoor wear in one application, without affecting the fabric’s breathability. Using environmentally responsible polymer technology, your outdoor garments will be cleaned & the waterproof layer enhanced. Up to 2 garments can be treated at once; after first washing in the washing machine, they should be placed in a tumble dryer or ironed under a towel as the product is heat activated. Directions Clean: Remove the detergent drawer & clean any residual detergent or fabric conditioner. Scrape or rinse off any excess mud from items. For ingrained dirt, first wash with Liquid Soap Flakes. Clean & Proof: Shake the bottle well & add 1/3 (4 to 5 capfuls) of the bottle to the detergent drawer. Place up to 2 large garments in the drum (or the equivalent volume of smaller items). Wash on a full cycle with slow spin/rinse speed. Tumble dry on low heat or iron with a towel over the item. The heat activates the polymers to provide water repellency.
