STANLEY STA020108 FATMAX 5 IN 1 HACKSAW The Stanley Fatmax 5 in 1 Hacksaw is a multipurpose saw for cutting a range of materials The adjustable hightension blade can be used in the standard 90 degree position with a large throat depth of 120mm 434 for cutting items with a large diameter or in the 45 degree position when making flush cuts The front section of the frame can be removed to allow the blade to be used as a long pad saw Alternatively it can be used as a short pad saw or jabsaw using the additional short blade stored within the frame Attaching the blade to the front of the hacksaw frame allows for inside cuts or the blade can also be used Made from die cast metal the frame is both lightweight & strong while also providing storage for blades The bimaterial soft grip handle is comfortable & provides a secure grip during use A rubber thumb grip on the opposite end of the frame allows the blade to be kept better aligned during cutting for increased accuracy & ensures a comfortable grip when being used as the pad saw or jabsaw handle
