The RGTF0050 is a compact Table Top cold-zone Fryer which is perfect suited for small or large establishments, from fast food outlets to restaurant. The cold-zone allows automatic oil filtering by decanting (stopping carbonisation) allowing you to fry chips (10kg/hr), fish, doughnuts, etc. in succession using the same oil; this means that you are using the minimal amount of oil without the transfer of taste or smell. This fryer is 3.2k W 230V which means it can be powered by 13amp plug meaning that it can be very versatile in any kitchen & be placed easily where it is needed. The unit also comes with an indicating thermostat bulb & a double safety thermostat which will cut out in the case of over-heating or lack of oil. The fryer basket is fitted with heat resistant handles making safe & easy handling. The RGTF0050 also boasts easy cleaning with five removable parts & the oil container can be also washed in the dishwasher.
