This great apexroofed playhouse features a single front door with diamond window, 2 fixed & 2 opening windows with artificial shutters & matching criss cross effect. Upstairs area is 166 x 73cm & comes complete with balustrade & ladder. Supplied with two window boxes as standard, additional window boxes can be purchased once added to basket. Manufactured to European safety standard EN71, using superior quality FSC approved smoothed pine. Constructed from superior cladding style tongue & groove interlocking boards. Child safe styrene glazed windows. Wood has a basecoat treatment in a honey brown industrial product. Full instructions for assembly are supplied & optional timber treatment can also be supplied.
