The hitensile steel frame has a low step over design for easy mounting & dismounting, & features a Concept Starlight designed saddle with CP seat post. This single speed bike is perfect for girls aged 7 & above! With non-slip white pedals & front & rear alloy V brakes with adjustable levers, the Concept Starlight is a secure ride. It also features 20` alloy silver rims, CP hubs & 2.125 white tyres which ties in wonderfully with the design of the bike. There is also a disc chainguard with Starlight decals.
