Product Description

Voluptuous & mouthfilling, with juicy red fruit flavours & an appetisingly dry finish, this charming Beaujolais encapsulates the finer qualities of wines from the 'cru' village of Saint-Amour (one of ten quality enclaves to the north of the region). The locals would pair it with regional speciality the 'andouillette', which, to the uninitiated, might appear alarming; springy fermented offal squeezed into innocuous sausage skins. Regular gourmet sausages will do just as well.
