Product Description

Domaine Parent is a long-established Burgundy producer whose reputation continues to grow. Sisters Anne Parent (winemaker) & Catherine Fages-Parent run their 10 hectare Côte de Beaune estate (which has been in the family since 1803) organically. Some earlier vintages of lesser appellations proved to be quite tight & linear & were deserving of a few additional years in bottle, but we have noted a softening & blossoming in more recent vintages, & this 2010 Pommard in particular shows the domaine at its best. This wine epitomises all the best features of the 2010 vintage, with depth of character & length. Drinking 2015 – 2020.
