Made by Daniel & Frederic Brunier, at the family winery in Bedarides. Their 65 acres for their red Chteauneuf-du-Pape are planted on La Crau &8211; a sizeable, stony plateau too the south east of Chteauneuf. Grenache predominates & is supplemented by Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Counoise & Syrah. The soil, the Mistral, the cold, the heat, their standards & those of the appellation, transpire to make Vieux Telegraphe one of the top wines of the Rhône Valley. The family has been making wine here for over a century & have kept apace of technology (just up-grading their 1979-built wine-making facility for completion 2011/12) without selling-out to fashion or fads. They continue to fulfil the potential of La Crau, a unique & special terroir. 2018 -2025
