Product Description

J. Vidal-Fleury was founded in 1781 making it the Rhône Valley&8217;s oldest, continuously operating winery, grower & negociant. Since the beginning Vidal-Fleury has strived to produce a high quality range of wines which show individuality & the typicity of the different Rhône appellations. Since the 1980&8217;s Vidal-Fleury has been owned by the Guigal family. Their support has allowed the business to flourish & has enabled them to continue to produce classic wines, blending traditional techniques with modern equipment. From their base in Ampuis at the foot of the Côte-Rôtie vineyards, they produce a full range of white, rose, red & dessert wines. This Cairanne, from the south of the region, is a new addition to their range & they wisely chose the splendid 2009 vintage to launch this new project.
