Product Description

' Brigid’ is a classic méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine; originally made in secret by John Forrest, & dedicated to his wife Brigid. Marlborough with its dry autumn climate produces disease-free grapes with exceptional flavour & high natural acidity – the ideal substrate for great sparkling wines. Thus 60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay blended wine was then bottle fermented & aged on yeast lees a further 30 months to give exceptional richness, texture & complexity. It's quality assured, using the innovative “ Zork” closure
- 100% consistent wine quality while retaining the traditional “pop” & ceremony of opening a great sparkling wine.
