Product Description

This family-run estate, owners through five generations, situated in the municipality of Aubie & Espessas at the heart of the Entre-Deux-Mers wine region east of Bordeaux, is run with passionate dedication & determination by Claude & Julien Champeval. The quality of the terroir, the meticulously worked vines & careful vinification make this chteau a reference within the appellation. This classic 2009 blend of Merlot & Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep brilliant red in colour. Its generously expressive nose is one of black berried fruits
- blackberry & blackcurrant. The smooth, fleshy palate lengthens to reveal creamy tannins which lend it remarkable balance.
