Product Description

Fine yeasty aromas with a clean dry palate. Good with strawberries. You might think it unusual to find truely great sparkling wine being made in the UK but there are good reasons why. The south coast of the UK is geologically part of the Paris basin & sits on the same chalk soil as Champagne. You do not need lots of sunshine as the final blend is softened by the addition of pure cane sugar. Add to this great winemaking & you have Nyetimber.
