Product Description

This is the second wine form Chteau Pichon-Lalande, Pauillac Second Growth, & one of Bordeauxs most respected chteaux. Reserve de la Comtesse is made from the cuves that do not make it into the grand vin, & accounts for anything from 25%-50% of the total production. The vineyards are planted with 45% Cabernet, 35% Merlot with Cabernet Franc & Petit Verdot, but this isn&8217;t necessarily the final composition of the Reserve. Mature tannins make this absolutely perfect for current drinking.
