Throughout your 6 hour foraging experience you’ll be shown how to correctly identify, source & harvest the huge abundance of wild plants surrounding us, whilst trying pre-made wild food tasters that range from pickles to jams & chutneys. You’ll then be able to make use of your harvested plants when you learn how to chop, boil, steam, fry & preserve them, in order to create your own truly seasonal two course meal to sit down & enjoy.
