Head chef Dan Graham champions the use of fresh seasonal produce from local suppliers & their own garden so you can expect exciting flavours showcasing the best of Yorkshire. The restaurant is nestled within The Talbot Hotel, an historic Grade II listed building in the heart of Malton, a charming market town. Once you arrive you will be seated at your table & given your set tasting menu. After ordering your three chosen courses you will be presented with a glass of Prosecco each to enjoy with your meal. All other drinks & additional food will need to be purchased separately on the day. After your meal you have the option to relax by an open fire in the drawing room or, in summer, outside on the terrace.
