Since the dawn of time, man has had to forage for food & it was the invention of effective weapons that allowed humankind to diversify their diet, take down larger & more agile prey & continue their rise to the top of the food chain. There is something about wielding a bow that combines an air of elegance with the primal urge to hit a target in a way that is incredibly satisfying. This experience combines archery with a more modern form of target practice using both air powered handguns & rifles. The sheer power of the firearms contrasts with the simple effectiveness of the bow & arrow to make this an ideal way to compare the two. The chance to try them both out on specialist ranges is a truly exhilarating experience. This experience begins with the guest checking into the reception, where they will be asked to fill out a short ‘acceptance of risk’ form which should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. Then, they will head to the shooting & archery range where their instructor will give them a health & safety briefing & ensure that they have protective safety goggles. Then, the action begins with a chance to try out both archery & firearms shooting for around half an hour each in no fixed order. The archery session will include instruction on how to master the technique in order to send arrows flying through the air towards a target. The shooting session is a chance to fire air powered handguns & rifles in two different ranges: a standard distance range with the ability to move targets further or nearer to increase difficulty, & a carnival range with falling/moving targets are available, both of which require accuracy & attention to detail as the key to success. Please note, you are able to upgrade to use a wider range of guns or extra ammunition for a supplement fee of £5 per person, or both for £10, each

Includes::
the use of LED range.
