On arrival to the fishing ground you will be greeted by your skipper & shown around the boat. You’ll then be able to watch as the team prepare the boat by attaching bags of ‘ Rubby Dubby’ which is ground fish that helps to attract the sharks to the area. The tackle you will use on the day consists of a good quality rod & multiplier reel holding 300-400 yards of 30-80lb line. The lines are set at different depths & are able to drift away from the boat. When a shark takes the bait the audible ratchet on the reel will sound a warning & the float will slide away.
