This is a unique experience to come & visit such a prestigious hotel, with gorgeous chic décor & first class service. It is for those occasions when you want an extra special dining experience with a loved one. Afternoon tea is always a treat, but have you tried one designed by a Michelin Star Chef? You & your guest will be transported back in time to experience a classic Victorian themed 1840’s afternoon tea, designed by Executive Chef William Drabble of in-house Michelin Star Restaurant Seven Park Place. You will be served on Victorian era inspired Blue Asiatic Pheasants crockery & enjoy delicious dainty sandwiches, filled with an array of different flavours. You will then indulge in tipsy cake, soaked in sherry & served with custard, profiteroles, lemon drizzle cake, custard tart & of course a classic Victoria Sponge Cake. No tea is complete without scones; you will enjoy a selection of savoury cheese scones & the classic plain scones with clotted cream & jam. All of course accompanied but a pot of blended tea from the East India Company. You will also be given the opportunity to upgrade to a champagne afternoon tea.
