Jo Jingles Baby & Toddler Music Sessions

Kick start your childs development with Jo Jingles baby and toddler music sessions. These sessions are designed to inspire children to learn through the mediums of music, singing and movement and at the heart of it all is the class mascot, Jo Jingles. Jo is extremely friendly and welcomes all with a smile, a wave and a cuddle. He is a happy little fellow all dressed in red and yellow and loves to keep young minds active. In classes Jo will help children learn to; play percussion instruments expressively, sing songs, hold a tune, find the rhythm to dance to and to make new friends. But its not all down to Jo, parents and guardians are actively encouraged to join in with the fun as the more enthusiastic you are, the more likely it is that your child will enjoy the class too! So
choose Jo Jingles to stimulate your childs imagination, improve language skills, make friends and have lots of fun! The classes start with sitting in a circle on the floor and welcoming everybody with the Good morning song. Every class follows a similar format as children like the familiarity and routine. As the children progress through the age groups, they are challenged to be more independent and use greater levels of skill when doing the activities. Classes usually include a maximum of 15 children thereby making them more personal and comfortable. Classes also usually include at least two instrument sections, story time and lots of action songs, familiar songs and some exclusive Jo Jingles songs plus lots of music, movement, sound and rhythm games. There are a wide range of
props and visuals that are introduced throughout the sessions to aid childrens learning, enjoyment and understanding of the theme of the week. The themes, props, visuals and instruments are changed on a regular basis - this is all part of the fun and excitement of the sessions and the children try and guess what Jo Jingles has brought in his special bag and boxes each week! Class programmes are carefully planned to each specific age group and are fast moving so there is no time to get bored at Jo Jingles! Parents and carers play a very important role at Jo Jingles. Your child will be looking to you for encouragement and praise so you are actively encouraged to join in and have fun with your child - the more enthusiastic you are, the more likely it is that your child will enjoy the
class. It may take some time for your child to settle in to the class but once they become familiar with the class format, new surrounding and mixing with the other children they are usually participating with great enthusiasm!
