Upon arrival you will be welcomed at the reception where you will booked in. You will then be introduced to the friendly & informative guide & be given an overview of what to expect from the experience, the history of the grounds & then more importantly be introduced to the magnificent birds of prey. You will then learn about the Birds of Prey & Owls which they have at the centre & how they are looked after. You will cover topics such as husbandry, housing, diet & food preparation, weight control, training, falconry equipment & telemetry. You will also be shown how to tie the falconers knot & handle the birds safely.
