Fly Board Fun is the longest running Fly Board ® Company in the UK that offers experiences & has the highest success rate. This is due to the main certified instructor’s style of tuition. The instructor who is one of only five in the UK, was the founder of the Flyboard Governing Body Committee & one of the first to participate in Fly Boarding in the UK. Providing that you listen, follow the instructions given by the instructor, relax & look across the horizon to enjoy the view of your surroundings; you should not have any issues in being able to successfully fly. Fly Boarding is an adrenaline pumping, exhilarating water sport which will make all your dreams of being able to fly come true! Fly Boarding requires the use of a jet ski to pump the water up a firefighter style hose & out through jets below the Fly Boarder’s feet. This is what makes you fly! There is no power to the Jet Ski whilst you are attached, so you will be steering under continuous guidance from your instructor (who operates the throttle for you on the Jet Ski). Upon arrival you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire. You will then be provided with a dry-suit to go over the top of your clothes. When it is your turn, your instructor will will help you into the special boots, provide you with a floatation safety vest & then you are ready to go! You will be introduced to the Fly Boarding equipment & shown how it operates. You will then also receive a full safety briefing from your certified instructor before you enter the water. Your instructor will be on hand to offer constant instruction, assistance, tips & advice throughout your session. We advise that you bring a spare change of clothes, a pair of socks & a towel. Changing rooms are available on site.
