- Always wear gloves. Use small amounts & rub in a circular motion. Lightly glaze over the hands & feet, bent elbows & knees. Allow to dry before going to bed. A small amount of the colour guide may rinse off when showering in the morning but the tan will remain. Apply consecutive nights for darker results. Then apply once a week to maintain.
